Purpose
This course provides training and education on tourniquet and pistol employment. It explores the importance of keeping a tourniquet with you and effective ways to use in various scenarios.

  • History of the Torniquet 1 /Application of Torniquets
  • Where/When to Place the Torniquet (Firearms Safety)
  • Proper Placement and Application of Torniquet
  • Brief Medical Assessment of Patient
  • Observation of the patient until higher level of Medical Care
